Provides skilled nursing interventions in the treatment of the patient's illness, rehabilitative needs and preventative care. Utilizes the holistic approach in the provision of problem-specific therapeutic interventions. Teaches and trains activities in accordance with the plan of care. Problem-specific interventions oriented to achieving outcomes are reflected in their ongoing documentation. Responsible for applying professional knowledge and skills in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice, facilitating problem resolutions and achieving individualized patient goals and outcomes. Practices under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to proactively meet the needs of and assist the patient in the achievement of individualized, defined and measurable outcomes.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile
a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.

Minimum Pay Rate - Hourly: $21.06 Midpoint Pay Rate - Hourly: $26.31
