We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and career-minded RN to serve as a Level I RN supervisor for our ENT practice within UF Health Shands Hospital. This is career-defining opportunity will allow you to utilize your advanced clinical training and leadership skills.

As an RN supervisor with UF Health Physicians, you’ll be able to:

· Supervise and evaluate clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA and CCA) and assist with clerical staff evaluations.

· Coordinate daily clinic activities to ensure adequate coverage and appropriate staffing.

· Provide clinical nursing assessment, support, counseling and direct patient care in an ambulatory setting.

· Participate in the development and initiation of clinic-specific policies, protocols and critical pathways.

· Assist with budget development and fiscal compliance monitoring activities.

· Maintain mandatory regulatory institutional policies and procedures under the direction of the manager/medical director.

We’re seeking well-rounded and driven RN candidates who have:

• A current Florida RN license.
• At least three years of ambulatory care or hospital experience that showcases your abilities to lead or direct others.
• Supervisory experience or formal supervisory training is preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• BLScertification.
