Responsible for the daily operations of the UFP Access Center/pod, including statistical analysis, coordination of daily activities and reporting the impact of operations to senior management. Responsibilities will include significant interaction with internal and external stakeholders and other parties relative to the further development of centralized administrative services, including, but not limited to, scheduling, registration and referral management. In addition, related responsibilities will include hiring, supervising and staffing for internal and external initiatives, as well as developing reports to measure compliance with access standards, productivity and quality of work standards.
Level Supervision: Supervision of a limited-scope pod that provides services to a small, focused group of clinics, divisions or services.
