Under the guidance of the Director of Patient Access, oversees the design, monitoring and maintenance of ambulatory capacity management functions across UFHP. Is a member of the Patient Access leadership team, ensuring access and referral management targets are met or exceeded. Manages human, financial and material resources in a team relationship with the Director of Patient Access, physician leadership, practice managers, department administrators and PAC supervisors. Collaborates closely with clinical and operational leadership and managers, as well as physicians/providers, to identify and proactively mitigate issues that create barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field and 4 years of experience in a health care setting required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Health care call center setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic medical record system required.

Motor Vehicle Designation:
Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver."
