As the Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible to manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of the company's facilities and properties to ensure a safe, effective and appealing work environment. Support the development of budgets and long-range facility plans based on company growth and future facility needs. Monitor budget and approve contracts. Oversee contractors involved in leasehold and capital improvement projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, project management or a related field; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Experience
Five years’ experience in facility operations with project management experience. Experience with space planning, design, budgeting, managing vendor services and managing safety and security operations. Broad understanding of all aspects of corporate real estate (CRE) including transactions, projects, and CRE finance. Thorough knowledge of facility operations including mechanical and building systems, financial reporting, budgeting, contract negotiations, maintenance, construction, furniture systems, security and staff management. Proficient with Microsoft office software and database management. Leadership experience.
Preferred Experience
Two years people leadership experience. Understanding of project management methodologies.
