Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Director of Organizational Experience and Support Services and is responsible for providing advanced expertise related to improving staff and physician experiences. This position utilizes data analysis, project management, change management, and human centered design frameworks to propose, coordinate, and execute projects that improve the experiences of employees and physicians. Provides Project management support for employee and physicians feedback platforms in collaboration with human resources to ensure a positive survey experience for front line staff, leadership and faculty.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required in related field and/or equivalent experience and training.
3-5 years demonstrated relevant outcomes-based experience in organizational consulting.
Proven experience in analyzing data to glean insights for proposing action steps to drive improved experiences as measured through employee/physician engagement.
Requires ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven experience building rapport and finding common ground with others, creating experiences and interactions where people consistently feel heard, valued, and respected.
Proven ability to drive results through influence, integrating and aligning efforts across units and functions, and monitoring progress against objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Process Improvement Certification
Master’s degree in related field or discipline
Knowledge of Design Thinking & UX Design preferred
