Your role

participate in initial client outreach with sales to understand client business requirements

oversee NBF process for requests; analyze and optimize new opportunities with sales and clients

partner with KYC to ensure ongoing enhancements to the procurement process

update Sales on request progress and ensure Sales proactively manages client outreach

partner with Sales to ensure more cross selling across execution and platform products

conduct initial client outreach to capture execution needs and gather trading preferences

initiate and prioritize client connectivity requirements with global connectivity teams

ensure post go-live check is performed that platform performance meets requirements

work with sales on existing client maintenance requests and provide guidance to business teams

serve as general escalation point for Client and Business cash execution queries

implement F2B and flow improvements

Your team

Youll be working within the onboarding team in New York. The ECSM team leads effective & efficient new client execution set-up by engaging with clients early on during the initial onboarding process to acquire trading data preferences and to advise them on optimal trading set up decisions.

Your expertise

ability to multi-task and work under pressure / deadlines

extensive experiences of financial services in client service, relationship management or related business capacity

strong written and communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior management

understands cash equities execution and operations

knowledge of client onboarding lifecycle, including KYC

change and project management skills
