Job Description Manufacturing Team Member Kraft Heinz Company Mason City, IA The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Manufacturing Team Members to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or 1 year of manufacturing experience Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends Ability to work overtime as necessary Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical, mechanical or automation experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits & Compensation Overview: New Hire Retention Bonus- Employees hired in 2022 will receive a $3000 retention bonus at the completion of 12 months of service.
