Essential Functions:

Training & Project Management

  • Cultivate and grow our customer relationships with your efforts face to face and virtually leveraging Microsoft teams.
  • Educate and train our dealers on our eCommerce tools- DW 24/7 & eMerge
  • Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Account Management team to accomplish key business initiatives utilizing our digital assets.
  • Track and report your efforts while suggesting areas of interest from your dealer interactions.
  • Participate and assist in strategic projects related to expanding our digital sales channel as we work to grow our online sale

General/Administrative

  • Supports the company purpose and mission in all activities.
  • Complies with all OSHA safety requirements, work rules and regulations.
  • Compiles and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
  • Follows systems and procedures outlined in company manuals.
  • Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.

Qualifications A qualified candidate will:

Formal Education and Certification

  • College Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement

Personal Attributes

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, possessing an ability to work with a diverse population
  • Capable of critical thinking and use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
