U.S. Facilities Inc., an integrated facilities management company, is seeking a Facility Manager for a potential project located near San Diego California. The Facility Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations of our client account and provides senior technical and operational support to the staff for the development of policies and procedures pertaining to all types of buildings managed by USF: including managing the performance of mechanical and maintenance staff/systems and maintaining continuity throughout to provide overall quality control for all properties.
Responsibilities for this position include:
May not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.
This position requires compliance with our COVID related protocols, which may also include client-specific requirements. This might include, but is not limited to, either providing documentation of full vaccination as per public health mandate guidelines or agreeing to regular COVID testing.

Note: that this position is focused very strongly on the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing aspects of the data center, including generators, electrical switchgear, UPSs, transformers, batteries, chillers, pumps, fans, VFDs, piping, fire detection/suppression, equipment monitoring, etc.
