OVERVIEW
The Program Assistant, with experience in finance and programs, will primarily be responsible for supporting the Finance Coordinator (and Field Office Director) with budgetary and office management needs that are related to the casework that is the Albany office’s primary focus. These assignments to assist with the implementation of programs include but are not limited to handling credit card expenses, helping purchase supplies, supporting technology needs. Special tasks could range from helping organize the move to a new office location, to assuring that documentation is signed and ready for submissions to grants. The Program Assistant may be called upon in other ways to support programs with the services that they provide to refugee clients. This position reports to the Finance Coordinator.
