Job Description

Responsible for monitoring a portfolio of commercial lease and loan accounts. Monitoring activities includes reviewing spreads to the source financial statements for accuracy and making risk rating recommendations. Perform required Annual and Interim Reviews, per policy requirements, including covenant testing, if required. Preparation of thorough credit displays in accordance with the Bank and Division Credit Policies. Perform quarterly problem credit monitoring presentations for adversely rated accounts. Assist with Contract Modifications on monitored accounts. Complete an audit when new accounts are assigned. Review of weekly reports for financial statement and interim review tracking. Use of existing information systems & complying with Bank Information Security Policies.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically six or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Portfolio monitoring experience
  • Credit underwriting/review experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same
  • Good time management
  • Knowledge of Equipment Finance transactions
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, professional, verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00U.S. Bank accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
