Job Description

This Project Manager will be a part of the Business Segment Sales Enablement team which strives to enable business bankers with the tools and resources they need to connect with customers effectively and measure success. This role will lead projects that will drive banker success through innovation, enhancements to existing digital tools, and development of new of digital tools. This role will also consult with other Sales Enablement team members to share project management best practices and tools and help influence project management excellence throughout the team.

This role also participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

• 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

• PMP strongly preferred

• Previous project management experience in an agile environment

• Advanced knowledge of project management

• Experience working with vendors (relationship management, etc.) desired

• Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

• Business Banking experience preferred

• Salesforce experience preferred

• Jira experience preferred

• Proficient MS Office Suite skills preferred

• Demonstrated management and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Relationship building and cross-functional work experience

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
