U.C. Precision Inc. is Hiring a Business Administrator Near Houston, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our full turnkey machine shop. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine office management, vendor management, and team management.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and plan company events and meetings

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate records and files

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments

- Provide administrative support to executives as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in machine office management or similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to learn and adapt to new softwares

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Strong problem-solving skills
