Description

The Marketing Manager will handle daily administrative tasks, conduct market research, gather consumer behavior data, create reports on marketing metrics, assist in organizing promotional events, and coordinate with other internal and external teams to create product and/or promotional material.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Marketing Associate includes:

• Manage and Direct Marketing activities for Tyber Medical
• Assist sales personnel 
• Assist engineering
• Contribute in upstream and downstream marketing, including:

- Competitive Analysis

- Printed materials

- Promotional materials

- Assist in forecasting

• Nurture the company’s relationship with all Commercial partners.
• Assist in website management
• Managing corporate trade show(s), attendance, and meetings.
• Organize systematically, develop, and improve corporate visits to Tyber Medical sites.
• Maintain and increase Tyber Medical’s market intelligence.
• Analyze the global orthopedic market by thorough data analysis, i.e. I data
• Define and brand the image “The Tyber Way.”
• Be a steward of the Tyber Medical Culture and uphold the corporate image.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Education/Experience

BS / BA 

5-7 years in marketing or sales experience in orthopedics

Work within Bethlehem PA offices 4-5 days every week
