We are a team with a strong commitment to customer-driven innovation, data-based decision making, and a commitment to learning through experimentation. ** This position has the option to be a remote opportunity ** Responsibilities Leverage Azuga’s industry leadership in this market to achieve impact and superior results Develop Commercial Insurance Telematics Programs within designated carriers and MGAs Create and execute business plans with these partners to exceed objectives Educate partners on the breadth of our solution as well as industry best practices developed by Azuga through our leadership position Innovate with partners and extend program reach through their field teams, channel partners, and agents Manage major client sales engagements with partner to drive adoption and close deals Drive programs within Azuga to support partner’s objectives including marketing, lead generation, and inside sales functions. Manage partner sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities Ability to travel 30% is a must Qualifications 10 years of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels Telematics or Commercial Insurance Auto experience critical Excellence in strategic planning, problem-solving, analytics and written and verbal communication to interface effectively with all levels of the organization High organizational skills and deadline management is a must Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously Self-starting and collaborative Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple locations Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; 8 years of relevant experience including 5 years management or leadership experienceOr Master’s degree; 6 years of relevant experience including 4-5 years management or leadership experience Bridgestone is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
