TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is Hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative Near Billings, MT
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
- Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
- Input information into software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
- Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in a related field is preferred
- At least 6 months - 1 year of sales/customer service experience the understanding of the selling process
- Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
- Creative problem solver
- Organization time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
- Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
