• Responsible for establishing staffing requirements, conducting interviews, new hire process and training of new employees
• Responsible for employee accountability and adherence to franchise system standards & policies
• Responsible for employee development, accountability and corrective action programs
• Oversees all workers compensation and unemployment claims
• Responsible for employee development and corrective action programs

• Works with office staff to develop & execute the franchise marketing plan and sales plan
• Works with the office staff and franchisee to ensure the profitability of moves as well as exceptional customer service
• Responsible for scheduling staff weekly, managing time-off requests, and dispatching crew
• Ensures franchise compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines
• Ensures and recommends the appropriate training and development programs for staff offered through Stick men university® to further the knowledge of the system
• Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data with Franchisee to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
• Coordinates and directs the fleet maintenance and equipment inventory programs
• Handles customer concerns and oversees damage resolution process

• Responsible for bi-weekly payroll process and management of staff input for payroll
• Review all invoice/check requests for accuracy and budget purposes
• Responsible for ensuring the accurate transmission of data from MWC2 to QB
• Responsible for the reconciliation of revenue and customer receivable data between MWC2 and QB
• Manage the AR process including customer payment entry and bank deposit creation
• Monitor AR balance, make collection calls as needed
• Prepare bank deposits
• Participates in analysis of financial statements
• Creates Annual Budget with Franchisee
• Responsible for franchise insurance renewals and ongoing submission and monitoring of claims

• A minimum of 3 years of business, management or other relevant experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or other related field is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop and direct people
• Ability to assess the performance of self, employees and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action
• Strong decision making ability
