Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing Payables, Receivables (including collections), depreciation, etc.
- Reconciling accounts and researching discrepancies
- Researching and documenting accounting issues
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports – AR, COGS, Cash Flow, P&L, etc.
- Submit month end reports and prepare year end financials for tax returns
- Processing payroll
Requirements
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in QuickBooks and/or Xero
- Experience analyzing financial data and/or budgeting
