Job Focus
- Assist the Operations Manager with all daily functions of the Operations Department
- Conduct regular job-site service evaluations and safety checks
- Coach, motivate, and train movers, drivers, and trainers
- Attend regular meetings with the operations teams
- Coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of moving crews
- Audit paperwork to ensure compliance
- Provide feedback and ideas to help our team provide the best customer and employee experiences
- Acts as the point of contact for customers, establishes a rapport and builds confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred (trainer, shift leader, crew leader, etc.)
- Must be at least 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to drive company vehicles, and ability to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Previous moving and/or commercial driving experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with MS Office, cloud-based data storage, digital forms, and phone apps
