Two Maids & A Mop - West Houston is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Manvel, TX

Residential cleaning company looking for an Assistant Office Manager to manage and coordinate administrative tasks and office procedures. The objective is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. The duties and responsibilities include managing the day to day activities within the office and provide the necessary leadership, planning, organization and training necessary to achieve the stated objectives in sales, cost control, employee retention, customer satisfaction and cleaning quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Embrace and adhere to Two Maids General Standards
· Understand all policies, procedures, specifications, guidelines and training programs
· Oversee and administer all personnel decisions; including hiring, disciplinary and motivational tasks
· Directly involved in all training activities; including New Hire Orientation
· Provide high level customer service
· Provide direct sales support via telephone, email, text and face to face interactions with clients
· Provide scheduling and customer relations management (CRM) using the company software system
· Report, distribute and monitor all Team Member compensation
· Process debit and credit card payments
· Ensures quality control of all Team Members; including house cleanings and office functions
· Storage and organization of all Customer and Team Member records
· Monitor and manage cleaning equipment/supplies and office equipment/supplies
· Manage Information Technology (IT) infrastructure
· Provide on the ground marketing support involving direct contact with the local community
· Maintain and ensure office cleanliness
Requirements
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Must be available for employment from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
· Must be able to communicate clearly, efficiently and have the ability to motivate a team
· Must have a safe and well maintained automobile
· Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Must possess basic math skills for payroll management
· Must possess high school diploma or higher; College degree preferred
· Must satisfactorily complete a nationwide criminal background check
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $28,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
