Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Plan and execute special events, including banquets and catering functions
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including some coffee service
- Proven track record in team management and leadership
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles is an asset
