JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Coble Creek
REPORTS TO: Coble Creek Administrator
POSITION TYPE: Full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform administrative duties for the Coble Creek building and serves as receptionist. Self-directed, cross-trained member assigned to the Coble Creek building. Must have excellent computer skills that include MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint). Must have exceptional customer service skills. Previous office experience. Associate degree preferred.
