Position Summary:

Responsible for all functions of the Health Information Management (Medical Records) department, including supervision and coordination of services of HIM employees. Responsible for all HIPAA related duties pertaining to the hospital and physician practices.

Training and Continued Education

Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees. 

Minimum Education

• Associate degree in Health Information Management and RHIT certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and RHIT certification preferred.
• 3-5 year experience in HIM department leadership preferred.
