Digital Marketer (7 yrs exp. eCommerce exp. req.) Description

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketer to add to their small team near Hempstead, NY. In this new role, you will play a pivotal role in bringing marketing activities in-house from a 3rd party agency; you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase sales, with the support of one direct report, a Content Creator, starting with an annual budget of $200k. Our client is looking for someone with at least seven (7) years of digital marketing experience, including social media management, email marketing, and website optimization, as well as experience with eCommerce. To be successful in this role, you must have experience developing and implementing social media strategies, and a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Digital Marketer (7 yrs exp. eCommerce exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives across various channels 
• Increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage social media channels, develop strategies to increase followers and engagement
• Lead influencer outreach initiatives, identify and collaborate with relevant influencers 
• Execute paid social media campaigns, optimize performance to achieve maximum ROI
• Develop engaging email marketing campaigns and track performance
• Manage content calendar and scheduling for timely and consistent posting
• Oversee all content creation and planning, ensuring high-quality and cohesive messaging
• Manage website content for user-friendly navigation, functionality, and drive conversion rates
• Liaise with third party agency to manage PPC ads
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements 
• Monitor website analytics and performance; work with technical team to implement improvements
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and optimize strategies

Digital Marketer (7 yrs exp. eCommerce exp. req.) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7 years of digital marketing and social media management experience required
• Experience with social media platforms Instagram and Facebook required
• Experience leading marketing strategies and initiatives required
• eCommerce experience required
• Email marketing experience including strategy development and performance tracking required
• Website optimization and analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics) experience required
