Our client in the power service industry is looking for a Customer Service/Dispatcher to add to their Service Department team in Millbury, MA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with exceptional company culture. You will act as the liaison between technicians and customers. Primary duties include scheduling service appointments and building the daily schedule for twenty field technicians on the road. Success in this position requires prior experience in scheduling and dispatching and strong phone skills.
