We are seeking a self-starter who is interested in active programming; our participants enjoying going out to eat, movies, and spending time in their communities!
Summary: Responsible for oversight of programming which involves assisting with all required Medicaid documentation, participant programming, activities, and support plans for participants. In addition, supervises staff and ensures adequate staffing levels in the home at all times, which includes coverage for staff call-offs or scheduled time off. The position provides leadership and expertise in customer service, behavior support, support of staff and families involved in day to day interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Operation of computer, phone and office equipment for business/service, light lifting associated with day to day operations, good communication skills and ability to provide transportation.
· Ensures new hires receive site training on all aspects of HPC, training on the ISPs for each participant, and submits the site training form to HR upon completion.
· Responsible for all Medicaid documentation and regular audits of all HPC documentation with regular reports to Management.
· Provides quality care to program participants in an environment that promotes their rights, freedom of choice and individuality.
· Provides training, support, and supervision to HPC staff in assigned homes.
