Duties for Japanese Bilingual Accounting Clerk

- General tasks in Account Receivable

• Create　Invoices
• Receiving Money
• Prepare Bank Deposits
• Collecting money in Outstanding Invoice

- General tasks in Bookkeeping

• File Documents
• Scan Invoices
• Bookkeeping AP
• Receive inventory
• Creating Item codes
• Entering in Customer info

- Assistant to the Sales Department

• Helping Customer/Phone if noone is at office
• Other duties as required

Requirements for Japanese Bilingual Accounting Clerk

• Japanese Skill is required
• Experience of Bookkeeping/AP/AR is required.
• 3 Years Accounting Experience is required.
