Part-Time Onsite Support Representative pCare, headquartered in Lake Success, NY, is the award-winning, leading provider of interactive patient systems in the healthcare industry.
We are currently seeking a customer service-focused candidate to join our team as a Part-Time Onsite Support Representative. The candidate will help support our television and telephone programs in the hospital by providing front-line service to patients and staff.
The successful candidate will:
Provide support to our customers, who include patients and hospital staff, to ensure the services we provide in the hospital meet or exceed their expectations.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services.
Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
Replace small defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones).
Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records.
Skills/Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience: 1 year. (preferred).
Physical/Health Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings.
Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
