Tuttle Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental front office Near Colorado, CO

We're looking for a full-time front office coordinator to join our family. We offer competitive pay, medical, vision. and more! Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of dental office flow, compassion for patients, and willingness to grow.

We are a fast-paced two-doctor office in Colorado Springs and we pride ourselves in having the latest technology.

The hours are Monday-Friday with no late nights or weekends!

Compensation : $18 - $22 hourly

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome patients
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate and complete records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff
  • Verify treatment plans are correct according to insurance benefits
  • Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
  • Handle billing and payment transactions
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
  • Answering phones and making calls to patients

Qualifications :

  • 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
