Day-to-Day as FP&A Manager

• Lead the creation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Review and analyze financial reports, comparing actual performance against budgeted and forecasted figures.
• Contribute to and execute strategic plans, aligning financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Leveraging MS Excel and Power BI, create informative dashboards and accurate financial models.
• Identify trends, variances, and key drivers that require attention.
• Prepare insightful reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information, assess assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion systems and processes improvement that provides timely, accurate information for informed decision-making by stakeholders.

What You Bring as an FP&A Manager

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. MBA preferred. Active CPA is a plus.
• 7 years of progressive experience with FP&A roles in manufacturing, retail, or consumer products industries.
• Proven success managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP and accounting systems (MS Navision or similar).
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including power queries, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze financial data and trends and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Profound expertise in budgeting and forecasting processes, including the ability to create accurate and comprehensive financial models using BI tools (Power BI and MicroStrategy).
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities, and to guide the organization in making informed financial decisions in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in financial reporting and business practices.
• Willingness to travel and work in-office as requested.
