As a rapidly growing start-up in the real estate industry, our client is looking for a talented individual to lead the financial planning and analysis efforts. The FP& A Manager will play a crucial role in building and managing the finance team, as well as establishing and optimizing budgeting processes using Yardi, the chosen system.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Implement and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.Utilize Yardi to streamline budgeting processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to drive team performance and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Oversee financial reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finance processes and enhance efficiency.
