Our client, a leader in DTC nutrition and wellness, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce Project Coordinator with demonstrated experience supporting the execution of digital initiatives from start to finish. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to go full-time for the right person. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on all e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, customer loyalty, and revenue. As our ideal candidate, you have prior experience in Shopify web store content management, supporting email marketing campaigns, and coordinating digital assets to rapidly grow a consumer products brand. Reporting to the executive team, the E-commerce Project Coordinator will serve as one of the company's digital strategists and contributors across multiple brands. Tech-savvy and data-driven, you will play an integral role in continuously improving the customer journey, implementing dynamic creative content, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. Strategize e-commerce initiatives such as site optimization, landing page development, and marketing campaigns.
Perform day-to-day site maintenance to ensure the functionality of Shopify web stores.
Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns in line with company acquisition and retention goals.
Report on website KPIs, including search, merchandising, and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure unity in brand messaging.
As our ideal candidate you bring:
Demonstrated success growing DTC/e-commerce consumer product brands on Shopify web stores.
2 years of project management or project coordination experience, with the use of project management software such as Asana.
Advanced ability to use and navigate Shopify apps, social media apps, third-party social media tools, and sales and marketing analytics tools.
Experience in developing strategies for customer journeys and landing pages.
