Receptionist Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel. The Medical Receptionist position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with filing, and providing support for recruiting functions.  

Receptionist Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.
