Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Position Overview: As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your primary role would be to support the HR department in executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to HR projects. Here's an outline of what the position overview might look like:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing candidate applications.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates.

• Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with employee onboarding.

• Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.

• Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

• Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently enrolled in aAssociate’s or Bachelor's program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.

Duration and Compensation:

• This is a full-time internship position for 3 months.

• Paid internship - $17.00
