Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Position Overview: As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your primary role would be to support the HR department in executing day-to-day tasks and contributing to HR projects. Here's an outline of what the position overview might look like:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing candidate applications.
Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates.
Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with employee onboarding.
Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently enrolled in aAssociate’s or Bachelor's program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a full-time internship position for 3 months.
Paid internship - $17.00
