Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and financial tasks to support the smooth operation of our organization. This is a part time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, job costing, preparing job bids and payments
- Utilize accounting software such as Intuit Quick Books and Microsoft Excel to input and retrieve financial information
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive information
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Intuit Quick Books and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts and principles
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently

-Typing experience

-Experience using PC computer
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines .

-Bilingual speaking and writing, English/Spanish

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
