Job Title: Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
1.Create models that assist superiors in resolving issues related to plans and specifications;
2.Evaluate and assess information from the design team, trade subcontractors and others necessary to construct a project as specified by contract documents;
3.Coordinate model-based submittals for architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, owner’s representatives and senior engineers and project management staff;
4.Prepare scope of work documents using BIM models;
5.Resolve issues related to plans and specifications, specifically as they relate to the organization, use and management of BIM model updates;
6.Assess model conformance to contract specifications and help resolve any conflicts in interpretation;
7.Schedule subcontractor 3D virtual trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings, and submittal review meetings;
8.Coordinate the BIM related closeout process including preparing final records such as as-built models,
9.Produce turnover model file for Owner; and
10.Develop reports including assessments and constraint logs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Related Field and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation OR a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Related Field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in the Related Occupation

RELATED OCCUPATION: 
Sr. Project Engineer or any other job title performing all listed job duties. 
SALARY RANGE: $140,816.00 to $160,000.00/year
JOB TIME: Full Time

The salary range for this position is estimated to be 140,816.00 - 160,000.00 annualized.
