Turn2partners is currently recruiting for a Controller opportunity with a growing private organization. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for mission driven organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including preparation and review of reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts
• Supervise and Manage 8 corporate accounting staff, reviewing their work ensuring timely and accurate reporting for accuracy
• Oversee with the annual financial statement audit, preparing/providing auditors with necessary supporting schedules and requests, etc.
• Continue to build out and document all departmental processes, providing and implementing control recommendations, and evaluating and modifying these on a regular basis providing provide improvements on accounting systems and processes
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience in a related field
• 5-7 years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Experience with ERP systems required, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple ongoing projects and deliverables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
