DAY-TO-DAY
In this human services position, you support people with developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas, with a focus on teaching our clients to experience all types of art forms like dance, music, singing, theatre, painting, sculpting, etc. You also assist with behavior management and daily living activities.
Using effective teaching and mentoring techniques, you provide support for our clients with their day-to-day schedules. You are always careful to model appropriate social skills and behaviors. Conscientiously, you keep accurate and up-to-date documentation as well as promptly report any concerns about health or safety. You find it very rewarding to help these wonderful individuals, which is why you're perfect for this caregiving position with our human services organization!

Formerly known as Project TURN, we were founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better program services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now known as TURN Community Services, we provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities across Utah. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.
