WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Are you ready to embark on a thrilling journey as a Residential Support Worker? You'll provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities in various living programs.

You'll assist with medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping, empowering individuals to be as independent as possible.

You'll do this all while morning and swing shifts.

Using effective teaching and mentoring techniques, you'll also provide life skills training, including financial management and behavior management strategies.

You'll help individuals access their community, whether it's through employment, building relationships, or finding recreational activities they enjoy.

As a direct support professional, you'll be a role model, demonstrating appropriate social skills and behaviors. Join us in making a difference and helping individuals with developmental disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives!
