POSITION SUMMARY

  • Establish relationships and bring awareness of our available products and services to members of the community.
  • Promote our products and services as a turf and pest control industry specialist.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services.
  • Make recommendations to potential customers, closing the sale and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Previous direct sales / door to door sales experience required.
  • Must be personable and have good communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated, organized, flexible, and have a strong ability to multitask.
  • Must have personal integrity.
  • Be competent in overcoming objections.
  • An out-of-the box thinker who can recognize additional needs and propose creative solutions with a value on service.

Please note this is a Door to Door Sales Position that pays 100% commission or $300 per week -whichever is more. Representative must work a full 40 hours to qualify for the $300 base pay if commission is not more than base. This $300 base pay is only available during the probationary period (generally 14 days).
