Dental Territory Sales Representative

Indianapolis, IN Job Type Full-time Description **We are Looking for Territory Sales Representative Who:**

* Has a desire to be a business partner with dental offices, not just a sales representative.

* Is driven to have profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within a territory.

* Is versed on dental office products and services, and industry information.

* Spends time understanding the competition and can articulate to dental offices what makes Midway, the company to partner with.

* A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.

* Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.

* Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.

* Is a creative thinker, wants to take initiative, be one step ahead and loves to solve customer challenges.

* Believes in inclusiveness, stewardship, quality, teamwork and is service focused

Requirements **In this role you will need:**

* 2 years sales experience. Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, or other relevant preferred.

* Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

* General computer proficiency (MS Office)

* Valid drivers license.

* Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
