Lakeville, IN Job Type Full-time Description We are Looking for Territory Sales Representative Who :

• Has a desire to be a business partner with dental offices, not just a sales representative.
• Is driven to have profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within a territory.
• Is versed on dental office products and services, and industry information.
• Spends time understanding the competition and can articulate to dental offices what makes Midway, the company to partner with.
• A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Is a creative thinker, wants to take initiative, be one step ahead and loves to solve customer challenges.
• Believes in inclusiveness, stewardship, quality, teamwork and is service focused

Requirements In this role you will need :

• 2 years sales experience. Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, or other relevant preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• General computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Valid drivers license.
• Business & Marketing knowledge : Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
