We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

**Duties:**

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes
  • Provide training on safety procedures and protocols
  • Maintain records of all safety-related activities
  • Collaborate with management to address safety concerns

**Skills:**

  • Proficient in report writing for documenting safety procedures and incidents
  • Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response protocols
  • Experience in training development for educating employees on safety practices
  • Familiarity with workers compensation law and regulations
  • Understanding of occupational health standards and practices
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis for identifying safety issues
  • Familiarity with EPA regulations related to environmental health

Pay: $83,819.00 - $89,778.00 per year
