Tulsa Route 66 Main Street is seeking an Executive Director to be responsible for the overall administration and management of service programs, fundraising, and business operations of the Tulsa Route 66 Main Street Program.

Areas of Responsibility:

· Manage Route 66 Main Street program

· Develop and oversee funding of organizational budget

· Planning and Evaluation of Main Street programs

· Volunteer management

· Drive community engagement at a micro and macro level to promote and grow the Tulsa Route 66 Main Street brand

· Strategic community partner to maintain and develop areas of involvement as well as funding opportunities

· Participate in board and committee meetings

· Policy development and administration

· Personnel and fiscal management

· Public relations

· Attendance at all training and other meetings required by Oklahoma Main Street Center

· Timely completion and submission of required reports to Oklahoma Main Street Center, City of Tulsa and Indian National Council of Government (INCOG)

· Program management through CDBG

· Other duties as assigned

Skills:

· Ability to communicate the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision and values to sponsors, donors, volunteers, stakeholders and community at large.

· Experience with MS Office

· Effective time management

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong public speaking ability

· Self-motivated

· Drive for results

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

· Prior non-profit experience preferred

· Donor relations skills

· Experience with applying for grants
