Tully Rinckey PLLC, a full-service international law firm, is hiring in our Trusts and Estates Department inside the firm's Rochester, NY office. Firm attorneys can count on the support of a full-service marketing department, highly skilled business development team, public relations and legal professionals with proven track records in the industry. Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience and have an existing referral base and experience advising clients on probate matters, drafting wills & trusts and handling surrogate court proceedings. This is an opportunity for those looking to further expand their practice inside the Albany legal market and work with peers across New York State who are AV rated, ranked by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for their skills and results in the practice.

Compensation is based on experience. Lateral Partners will be rewarded for origination and/or portable business. Sole practitioner candidates with a background in Trusts & Estates are highly encouraged to apply.
