Valiant Search is a legal recruiting agency partnered with a premier law firm in the Austin, TX area. We are currently seeking experienced Labor and Employment Attorneys. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals who are passionate about labor and employment law, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

Advise clients on a wide array of L&E issues including but not limited to workplace discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, retaliation and federal sector EEOC and MSPB matters
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and federal & state court litigations
Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance
Stay up to date on evolving labor and employment laws and advice clients accordingly
Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, motions and other substantive filings.:

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Labor & Employment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
