Our client is looking for a Client Relations Associate to join their team in the Albany, NY office. They are a rapidly growing firm eager to expand their team to allow for the opportunity of future growth and success. The firm offers a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K matching, etc.
Responsibilities: The Client Relations Associate will schedule consultations for the attorneys at the firm. Customer service skills are required as you will be communicating will all incoming clients and will be one of the first points of contact for the firm.
- Communicating the process of hiring an attorney to all potential clients
- Scheduling consultations for attorneys
- Taking payments for attorney consultations
- Interviewing potential clients and asking intake questions regarding their legal matter
- Saving documents and emails to firm software
