Established Periodontal Practice in search of a Front desk receptionist. We believe that a practice is as good as its team. We are looking for a candidate who is caring, dependable, self-motivated, and has great attention to detail. The ability to personalize with patients, adapt to any situation, and work as a team member selflessly are some of the important characteristics that we are looking for in our potential candidate.
Job duties include: Warmly greet patients, answering the phones and scheduling, Insurance verification & treatment plan coordinator, Collecting payments, Check-in and check-out patients, and other pertinent duties.
Must have basic computer skills, great communication skills with a positive attitude, and a welcoming personality. Experience in the dental field is strongly preferred.
Flexibility to travel between 2 office locations we have (Midlothian & Henrico)
Full-time position (M-Th: 8-5)
