Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assign scheduled work to individual technicians
• Provide training support
• Inspect all designated work orders
• Provide mechanical assistance during crisis situations
• Review completed PM's and generate all necessary work orders to address deficiencies
• Provide an atmosphere of continuous improvement
• Provide Management with necessary performance information
• Will be designated to assume the duties of the Maintenance Manager in his/her absence
• Visual assessment of employees for training/work experience and competency can be used as part of the training requirements for hourly employees
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position.

Qualified candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position should possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks

• Ability to work in stressful circumstances and handle all types of personalities and levels of authority

• Reasoning and problem-solving ability

• Responsive to intellectual challenges

• Mechanical experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Excellent analytical skills

• Refrigeration experience preferred

Training:

• Safety Training for working with ammonia

• PPE Training

• HVAC Training

• GMP, Food safety and security training

• STOP Training

• LOTO Training
